Okay MBUSA, it’s 2019 now. Time to update the web site

Mercedes-Benz USA and its <mbusa.com>... what a company.

Their performance with the web site has been nothing short of disgraceful AND a major annoyance to current and prospective owners. Various 2019 models which are already on the ground and owned by new owners have not even hit the web site.

I should start a betting company to establish betting lines on when the 2019 models like AMG E63S will actually hit the web site.

I’m going to go with 2nd week in February. Do we have over and under?

What a bunch of nervy and incompetent people down at headquarters in Atlanta. If this is marketing strategy, then it not only stinks - it’s trickery that isn’t fooling anyone.

IIRC the MY2018 E63S configurator went live around October or November of 2017, they are definitely late this year. Canada's configurator is up. No idea why the MBUSA website is so far behind.

Must admit, its become my regular game. Go to mbusa.com and check if they've updated it yet. It's been worth a good laugh so far?

Heads up display is now a standalone option.

No more premium package.

Something like that.

I think the premium package has been adjusted and renamed. Now you can get heated steering wheel as an option. Things like that. If we could see the actual options on the mbusa site, we'd probably know better. LOL

The worst website of ANY manufacturer but only in US.
So far behind that it is not even funny anymore, no '19 E63, no G63, nothing for GT63.
Fricking Poland has all up to date, you can go on their MB website and build with excellent details any version of GT 4 door and even get a detailed leasing or financing quote in countless options (baloon, terms, etc)

I agree and it should be updated. But if you are building your car, I would use the DOG too. I've sometimes found mistakes on the website and sometimes not all the options are listed there. For example, I didn't know my GEL could have had passenger memory seats because I only used the web site when I ordered it. But the website does give you a great start.

DOG often loaded with mistakes too, hence their various revisions to the DOG, but useful nonetheless. Relying on the DOG for a first model year of a new Mercedes is a gamble. I found that out 3 times this year.

For example- 2019 E450 Coupe/Cabriolet Premium Package price was wrong in the Dealer Ordering Guide.

MSRP window sticker of my 2019 E450 cab showed different price from order guide and from confirmed order on NETSTAR.

When I ordered by 2019 E63, heads up display was not an option included with the premium package. Or is it still not included for US customers?

There’s a new “rear seat safety” option now with seatbelt airbags in addition to the side airbags.

I know people have differing opinions on HUD, but I must say it's a great tool. Has all the critical information (including directions!) right in your line of sight.

I wasn’t knocking it. I like it and have it on our current BMW, but with my sunglasses on I cannot see it since they are polarized. So I wouldn’t honestly miss it on a future car and I wouldn’t let it hold up my order on a new one. That being said, I will order it if I have the chance and we go that direction.

January 9th and we still don’t have many 2019 models on the web site.

Oh wait - they put a picture of the AMG GT 4-door up there with a link to an “I’m interested” page. Sweet.

MBusa.com is a total joke of a web site.

The 2019 AMG 63/S cars are still not up there.

Yeah it was a little frustrating trying to order ours these last few weeks. The web page always helps when also using the DOG.
We just put our order in recently. Does anyone know if there are options not on the DOG that only the dealer can see? Just wanting to make sure I clicked or got all I want.
