I'm not sure if the experience will translate to these cars, but my C63 front tire wear turned out to be VERY sensitive to camber. The insides got worn down before 10K miles despite 4-wheel alignments. Finally, after 3 sets, I had them reset the camber to the low end of the spec range, rather than just leave them as "in spec." It made an amazing difference. I'll be trading it in next week with almost 10K miles on the latest set and lots of rubber left with no extra wear on the inside. BTW, there was no noticeable change in handling either, except for the lack of vibration that would set in around 5K when the insides used to start dishing with the original setup.
