HRE R101LW for the E63s
Hey guys. Some while ago i was looking for the lightest 20" for the E63s.
I went with David from WB. Got a custom engineered R101 LW Set made for the E63s.
To compare:
20" Crossspoke OEM Wheels
Front: 28,74lbs // 13,04KG
Rear: 29,18lbs // 13,24KG
I just weighed my HREs and i have a video as well if you want proof.
HRE 20x9.5 20x10.5
Front: 18,67lbs // 8,47KG
Rear: 19.11lbs // 8,67KG
i was really suprised how light they really are. I could not find anything below 22lbs // 10KG
Will soon post pictures with them fitted. I already ordered Billet Caps dont worry. Price with Tax to Germany was around 15K Dollars.

An excellent choice! And will be worth the cost and the wait. I have multiple sets and can assure you of the quality.

Thank you. Cant wait to mount them. I think since they are engineered now. You guys pay less. Within the States it should be around 10K i think. German Tax is 23% on top. That hurts.

It was a pleasure working with you. I'm proud to say that you and I were responsible for creating the first (and currently only) set of HRE R101 Lightweights specifically built for the W213 E63 AMG. Visually the two are very similar. HRE took the P101 design and then applied weight saving manufacturing techniques to create the lightest possible form of it. This included deeper lug pockets on the R101 Lightweights which you can notice when photos of the two wheels are side-by-side. The R101 Lightweights are about 3.5 lbs lighter in the front and 2.5 lighter in the rear vs the P101's.

That was probably my favorite color on those wheels, they popped and glistened like no other color. Lots of compliments too haha.
