SD card slot
The SD card slot in the center console is used exactly for what? Is there anyway to configure the front facing camera to always record and loop it saved on the SD slot? Trying to find a seamless way to record in front of me without bulky add-on's and wires.

I have mine loaded with mp3 files. Shows up in the entertainment unit when you select it as an input source.

I believe the answer is yes, it plays most all of the popular digital audio file formats.

SD card has the same use as the USB slot for USB drives. It is for audio files/songs, or movies.
