Changed from Apple Carplay to Android Auto.. need help
I had my IT guy change me over to a Galaxy S9, and I loaded up the Android Auto (AA) and connected via the USB-c. AA was pretty small in size on the screen, and the steering wheel and console touch mouse pads don't function at all with AA. Only the console wheel seems to work with AA. With Carplay the steering wheel and console touch pad worked fine. Also in Carplay, if an app like Waze was up, you can press the center button on the console touchpad and push through to get a small screen to advance to the next song. I found out how to get AA into the developer mode by tapping the "about screen" accepting developer mode, then going into developer screen using the three dot dropdown. You can then check the 1080p resolution, and the AA fills most of the screen.
Does anyone know if you can set AA to:
1. Respond to the steering wheel and console touch pads?
2. When on another app, what push through for advancing to the next song can be used?
Thanks in advance for help,
Cheers,

It is very annoying they still did not solve the widescreen feature (that is supported by Android Auto, but not yet by COMAND/NTG 5*5.
