What was supposed to be here? (Under rear deck of Wagon)
Hi Wagon owners, I finally got around to looking under the rear floor of the 2019 E63S Wagon - I wanted to verify what the car came with for flats. First, I was a little surprised by the size of the cavity (wasted space), then second, by what looked like something missing. I have circled in red, what seems to be a loose bracket of some sort (circular part with attached strap). I am surprised I have not heard this rattling around. 3rd, (smaller red circle), there is some loose hard ware. It seems that either something was forgotten to be installed, or there used to be something that got uninstalled? The shape of the bracket almost looks like it might need to be holding down the air canister, but I can't see how exactly. Thanks for any hints!

Yup my sedan has same bracket but its holding the air tank. They didn't put it back snd left it lying around after unfastening it for whatever reason. Sloppy work.

2019 E63S wagon; 2016 Landrover Landmark
I was disappointed when I first opened my rear deck lid too. I had enjoyed the grocery carrier in my 2014 AMG wagon as the lid had a hinge in the middle and would anchor down in a number of slots. I guess the air tank makes that impossible now.

You will also discover that you don’t have a jack and obviously no spare..... where is your plastic grocery carrier box’s?
I have the covered lug nuts or fake center locks... so my wagon came with a lug removal bar and the adapter for the center lock... also a plastic folding grocery carrying basket.
