New text messages don't appear to display correctly

New text messages don't appear to display correctly

So for some reasons I have to scroll down to see new text messages, the top few are old video texts I've received. Any ideas?

can you be a little more specific? also, based on your vehicle info, you're probably in the wrong forum...

I picked up an '18 a few weeks ago.

In my '14 I had no issues with texts displaying 'chronologically'; in my '18 for some reason I've got 4 texts that include video content that display 'on top' or 1st chronologically; my regular texts then display after those texts with videos.
