CAN data logging for tuning
It is a run somebody was able to do, upload to the "cloud" (lol), then share with their tuner, who can make a custom tune based off of the data.

The reality is, that's not all of the data these great tools JB4 / bootmod3 scrape together. The reality is, a lot of manufacturers deviate from that standard to some degree and might either not include the data in the right position hex/service wise, or might expose additional data in different services (all with very seemingly cryptic formats/calculations required to extract that data)
