W213 E63S Wagon wheels, offset, and lowering

Front OEM
Tire: 265/35R20
Wheel: 9.5x20ET25
Rear OEM
Tire: 295/30R20
Wheel: 10x20ET55
Both:
Centerbore: 66.6mm
Lug thread size: M14 x1.5
Bolt pattern: 5x112
Common mods:
Front 15mm spacer
Rear: 12mm spacer
Custom Wheel size (sans spacers):
Front 9.5x20ET10
Rear 10x20ET43
Lowering: 20mm to 37mm (Max).
Questions:
With spacers/custom wheels (OEM widths) and a 20mm drop how is driveability and tire wear affected? Assume alignment is put back to stock specs. I know scrub radius changes but don't know enough to say if that is a good, bad, or indifferent change.

If you lower your car you will never be able to get back from -2.9 to -1.9 camber with the stock A arms.
I installed custom front upper control arms in order to get to -1.6 camber..

Aren't you lowered near 37mm? Do the stock alignment adjustments have enough range so that a 25mm or less drop wouldn't need the control arms?
The stock only has toe adjustment, that's it. If you go any lower you keep increasing the negative camber.
The only way to get the camber correct is with replacing the upper control arm.
