Just received the recall notice on the spoiler from Daimler AG. Though I did check mine and it appears to be ok I'm still going to make an appointment with my local dealership to make sure that all is well.

They fixed mine 2 days ago at the 20k miles service. There was another recall for the radiator grill which they also performed on my wagon.

I got mine today also, it seams tight. I even loosened the two nuts and retightened them still feels the same,
If it hasn't come off in 17k miles I don't think it's gonna fly off now..
But free coffee and donuts at the dealership for a double check might be ok..
