Just received the recall notice on the spoiler from Daimler AG. Though I did check mine and it appears to be ok I'm still going to make an appointment with my local dealership to make sure that all is well.

They fixed mine 2 days ago at the 20k miles service. There was another recall for the radiator grill which they also performed on my wagon.

Just got my notice in the snail mail today. Guess it's time to go to the dealer. Thanks for the radiator grill mention... I'll be sure to ask about mine too.

I got mine today also, it seams tight. I even loosened the two nuts and retightened them still feels the same,
If it hasn't come off in 17k miles I don't think it's gonna fly off now..
But free coffee and donuts at the dealership for a double check might be ok..
