Radar Detector issue
I was gonna borrow my friends radar detector for a long road trip this weekend but I noticed we dont have a cig lighter in the e63, so where do we plug in stuff like that now?

There should be one by the front passenger's left hand knee. There is also one behind / between the two front seats that the rear passengers can use.
My car was built in between the removal of the 12 vdc jack in the center console and the addition down by the passenger's knee so I don't have one up front.
I hard wired mine to the fuse box down by the front passenger's right foot. Was able to run the wire up inside the to the top of the dash, then I just tuck in into the crack at the base of the dash. Other alternative was to wire to the review mirror / camera assembly. That was a bit more than I wanted to get into so went the fuse box route.
