GSM Low battery sign

Can anybody advise please a status of battery icon? Once driving it's gets half charged, but once starting in the morning same icon displayed. Does it mean battery failure due GSM ? Anybody has the same behaviour?

Yes, it should. That "3G" is the network type your phone was connected to at the time you took the photos as well as the signal strength (4 bars out of 5).
