Misfire CEL strikes again

Temps here in San Diego are generally mild so the car rarely sees anything less than upper 40s, so the engine and drive train warm up pretty quickly.
Last year I had been getting the P0300, P0301, and P0306 codes for generic misfire on cylinders 1 and 6. The car was in the shop for a while being diagnosed and they did many tests and some swapping around of the injectors and that seemed to have addressed the problem as I haven't had any further misfires in the past year till just now.
I was out of the country for a month on business and just had the car in last week for its 2nd B service but I don't believe they applied the CEL "fix" flash as my car had not be symptomatic any more. This time the CEL codes were slightly different, the same P0300, but the P0302 and P0304 for cylinders 2 and 4 misfiring.
Driving my other car today because it is raining, but will keep an eye out for any new CEL codes being thrown to see if this was an isolated event or if the CELs have come back for some reason. Might just need to get it out on the highway and get it up to temp and blow out the cobwebs a bit as it has been sitting for a while.
One other thing that was a bit different this time than my normal drive home. This time I had switched the car to Individual mode, which in my case is currently configured the same as Race mode. Wouldn't think that would make a difference, but it is a data point.
Do you now have known good main battery, aux battery and alternator?
What driving operational problems with the vehicle are you experiencing? Focus on those.
Speed sensors are generally straightforward to replace. O2 sensors are also, the forward O2 sensors have tighter access.

The firmware update that addresses the CEL was applied last month when I brought the car in for service to have the engine oil topped off. Noticed some minor drivability issues when the car is cold and in Comfort mode at idle or near idle throttle settings. But might be me just being overly sensitive about any change following the update.
seems to be all fixed now. no problems for a few weeks.
