Hello,

So I have a very general (but could be) tricky question, my car is 2019 E63 AMG S (M177):

Is it possible to find out IF somebody switched the car engine on/off on a specific hour, like a month ago or so? For how long it was on, how many RPMs it did, how many km/ph it drove?

Is all the info possible to be retrieved using Xentry? The software that all the Merc dealers use around the world. If it's not possible, please tell.

If it's possible, please say which one of the details I asked above are possible; speed, RPM, on/off duration? And if the ECU stores all the data, for how long does it store?

Thank you for answer, its much needed info

The E63S has the M177, not the M178.

Thanks for correcting the error, I'm not much into engine codes.
What about my question? Do you know anything about it ?

thanks

Pretty sure it only stores aberrant data points, like an over rev. Nominal engine behavior from a month ago seems out of the question.

Ok that makes sense..

I'm reading about car Black Box right now and everyone says it keeps recording only before/during/after crash for a few seconds..like 6 seconds or so..
hmm
