Hello everyone,

i am experiencing a rough shifting especially in 1-2-3 during shifting in comfort mode. whenever it shifts i can feel the gears with a slight hesitation and i also feel that with every gear it shifts( 1-2-3) the car get a slight vibration/movement i dont know how to express it. They seem like they are not smooth during shifting. Also very noticeable in sport+/Race mode i can really feel the gear shifts above 3k RPM.

I have also noticed that when the car is in comfort mode with normal driving, the transmission skips a gear and downshifts from 7 to 5 but with no hesitation or jerkiness, is that normal?


My car has 8000 miles on it and the car had recently the transmission coolant pump changed under warranty for a leakage 2 weeks ago because of my concern about the rough shifting , so they changed it and updated the software but still nothing changed. I also visited them today and they checked the car on the computer and they did not seem to find any faults or code and they said that the car is perfect.
