missing weights?
I have my 2018 E63s with 25000km and i recently noticed some wheel, seat and gas pedal vibrations around 65-75 miles and i took it to pirelli shop since i have the Pzero tires.
They checked each wheel and looked for a bent rim but everything seemed good. Then they balanced the tires and they rotated them.
I didnt like the job they did simply because they seemed like they dont know what they were doing, They didnt know how to properly close and tighten up the wheel center cap and i had to go to another pirelli shop in order to install it correctly. they also didnt correct my tire pressure and it was very low and unmatched.
After i want to the other shop which was 1 block away they installed the center caps correctly and corrected my tire pressure. After taking the car i felt MORE VIBRATIONS around 35-45 and also around 65-75 much more then before!!
i noticed that one of the wheels didnt have any weights sticked on the rims??? Is it normal or this is why im feeling the vibration much more?

It would be highly unusual to have no balancing weights (but not impossible) on the rim. Based on my own experience in the past, I did have one wheel without any weight at all and I did not have any vibration issue when traveling over 50 miles+.

thats why i think it is unusual because my tires has 17000km on them (they are not new) and after the balancing the vibrations was more noticeable and uncomfortable to drive the car

Do yourself a favor and find a better tire shop .
A bad tire shop can create problems where are no problems.
Adjusting the tire pressure on a hot tire can create some water condensation inside the tire which will be be very hard or impossible to balance , therefore vibration

A good tire/wheel shop will remove all the wheel weights on all wheels and then road force balance them. When all done, they should be torqued to the correct specs.

so that explains where the vibration is coming from? because of them maybe forgetting to add the weight on one of my tires right?
