I think the only thing MB ever confirmed regarding numbers is it is their least common car...but that wasn’t a claim they have made recently.

I've consistently read/heard worldwide numbers at about 120 to 140 units produced per year, with about 40 of those being allocated to the United States.

I find this very strange..
Out of 120-140 cars 18 cars was registered in 2017 came to Norway and 19 cars registered in 2018 in Norway.. Both numbers are E63 and E63S combined (only one E63 each year, the rest is E63S)
Norway is a small country with only 5 million people.
There are 109 E63/E63S for sale on mobile.de right now, that would be about one fourth of all E63 wagons produced if you were right..

It has to be more than that. In 2006 when I bought my first one, that was VERY low production - like under 70.

I could see it being about 300 or so now - as they seem to be more common (?) or at least easier to find for sale. The AMG Lounge used to post production numbers.
