Short clip taken on the last evening of our European Delivery tour. We were traveling from Munich to Stuttgart to drop the car off the next morning for its trip to the US.
Car was still pulling nicely when I let off the throttle just as we passed 170 mph.

I think I did 178 , stock , very stable drive and it was still pooling , this is in my wagon, I think I've read somewhere that wagons are more aerodynamic ?

That’s probably the safest place to do speeds like that other than a track. I have been on the autobahn three times and only once in something fast. An IWC edition CLS55 in 2006. It was a boss.

Was on the autobahn once, in a 10 year old Opel 4 bangers. Driving my wife, AND HER PARENTS. I drove as fast as I could, and I think I topped out at 85kph.
