Hi,
I have been having some difficulties with my local dealer and I was curious if anyone had the contact information of someone higher up in the MBUSA ladder. I remember another member posting about their issues with their dealer (I believe it was about a lemon buyback) and they contacted someone higher up in MBUSA who got the issue resolved. Unfortunately, that post seems to have been deleted/edited. Thanks.
