Windshield Wipers
Are the blades themselves clean, is the windshield clean? By clean, I mean any kind of greasy filmy buildup?
Climate? Age of blades?
Sorry to do nothing but reply with nothing but more questions - but these are all factors in what you are describing. I feel your pain, or at least have in the past with other vehicles, it can be truly miserable driving in the rain and having to deal with that kind of wiper noise and jerking/stuttering.

clayed the windshield
polished it
ceramic coated it
changed out to aftermarket ones ... but still Bosch aerotwin
used alcohol to clean the blades once every couple of months
They all worked within a few weeks and then back to "stuttering". I have ran out of ideas and solutions. So, you are not alone.
2007 w164 coated the windshield with nanolex ultra glass -after a while , shudder , noise the whole nine yards , could not get rid of the problem , time comes to change the windshield due to cracks and I left it untreated , NO MORE PROBLEMS .
2019 W213 E63S sedan - ceramic coated same problems , shudder , noise not running smooth after a while.
2019 w213 E63S wagon ( trade in the sedan ) - not coated with anything , NO SHUDDER , NO NOISE , NO ANYTHING.
I don’t want to pick sides , treated or not treated , this is my experience , but this is your call.
Best of luck

to be applied to the wiper blade. I wonder if this really works.

J/K I've had three windshields in my 2018 E63s and two sets of wipers.
On the first windshield on the car during the European Delivery it rained or drizzled frequently during our trip. I did notice a bit of chatter noise occasionally but overall didn't think it was bad. Had a pebble strike on the last night in Germany that put a little chip in the windshield so the US VPC installed a new windshield when the car hit the states.
Had the car delivered to Euro Motorsports on the East coast and flew there to pick it up and drive it cross country to save the wait for the car having to transit the Panama canal. Had some rain along the way and only noticed a bit of noise when in very light drizzle conditions. Crossing through Arkansas windshield #2 was struck by a very large rock and glass blew all over the inside of the car but the rock itself did not penetrate into the cabin. Nearest windshield was in Dallas which was along my route of travel so I continued on. Started raining and the passenger side windshield wiper got pretty shredded wiping over the broken glass and eventually both wipers stopped working all together.
I had purchased the windshield protection / replacement package and the dealer in Dallas replaced the windshield there along with the wipers and reset the arms so they started working again. No additional charge to me but used one of my silver bullets.
Thankfully windshield #3 has been in place without dings now for two years and working well. It doesn't rain for most of the year in San Diego and when it does I'll usually drive a different car if I can, mainly because I'm lazy and don't want wash the car more than I have to
Windshield #3 and wiper set #2 seem to work pretty well, but do make a little noise in light drizzle.Any noise aside, the wipers actually work very well and clean the windshield with no streaks, leaving it clear with every pass. Better than most of my cars.
- a more aggressive wiper blade elastomer material and blade geometry
- wiper blade angle of attack and windshield geometry (curvature)
- cost reduction of the wiper arm and mechanism itself (less metal, less weight and less cost)
The culprit in my view is the third point, cost reduction of the wiper arm and linkage mechanism. It's not up to the task, without juddering. It's too flimsy and it vibrates.
Compare wiper arms from today vs 10 and 20 years ago. No comparison in robustness.

Plus I’m here to hear solutions.

I had deep cleaned and polished to no avail.
So, go outside and throw a handful of dirt on your windshield and rub it in. Make sure your neighbors aren't watching.
