Engineering Mode Access
Can someone detail how to get into the Engineering Mode on a 2020 E63S? I tried selecting "System" and holding the jogwheel down but it is not working, which was a suggestion from a video online.

That's my issue.
My bluetooth is not working and I think the setting for noise cancellation is not checked.
Please write back about the secret on it.

I wonder if a different path is used now, hence my questions here.
Or does a different condition of the vehicle state have to exist, i.e. car is off with ignition on only, etc.

I will try again on mine later today to see if I can get in. I did not have any difficulty getting in back then. Maybe the factory has since changed the setting.

Thanks for checking, I'm somewhat bothered the bluetooth is jacked up. It's not my phone--reconfirmed with multiple phones. It is a background sound in the vehicle on the phone call and drowns out my voice on a call.

My mistake. I can get into "dealer menu" NOT "Engineering menu". I apologize for the previous remarks.
Maybe your issue has to be looked at by the dealer. It should be a warranty related issue.

Pretty general stuff. I think there are like 10 different menus under this and there is sub menu on each .... for example, SW version running/installed on the car now.

What is yours doing? Mine is 1 week old brand new just bought. Since setting up the phone, and trying numerous time to re-pair it or other phones, people I call tell me on all phones, whether moving or not moving that my voice sounds like it is muffled, quiet, garbled at times and that there is a lot of background noise on the signal. Very rarely will be normal but mostly extremely hard to hear me. Bluetooth audio works perfectly fine and my reception of the parties is perfectly clear and normal coming back into the car.
