Part of my daily commute includes a section of the 401 (in Toronto) with a collector to express lane transfer that LiveTraffic shows as not usable. But this transfer is in fact open and has been for some time. Normally I wouldn't care, but because of this the route guidance and traffic delay estimate is almost useless.
Does anybody know if there is a way to report such errors?

I have the latest maps. And this ramp has existed for many, many years.
I'm sure this is not a map issue: last week, when LiveTraffic was down, the route guidance included this ramp.

Well, to answer your initial question: I doubt it. Mercedes and the Live Traffic vendor, TomTom, have parted ways. When your car is three years old, Live Traffic is gone for good because renewal is not allowed. So neither MB nor TomTom are likely to care.

Has there been recent construction on this transfer? The traffic data is partially based on reports from your road authorities in your area and other sources that publish traffic information. One of the source may still report this section as being under construction. I've seen this before, where construction was planned for a certain time period, but then they finished earlier or made an error in reporting how long the construction would last. I've seen similar issues in Google Maps both ways. Sometimes the road seemed open according to Google etc., but in reality it was still closed and vice versa. You can check other sources to see if construction is being reported on that stretch. The highway patrol might be reporting it incorrectly or the department of transportation in your area. Have you checked to see what Google Maps thinks about that transfer?

As far as I know, MB has replaced TomTom with HERE Traffic. There seemed to be a transition period for some older models where the live traffic stopped working, but last I remember is that people were able to renew again eventually. I think the TomTom arrangement was always gonna be a temporary arrangment.

I started driving this route in late March (when COVID started) and between then and now there has been no construction on the ramp. The only nearby construction is in the opposite direction, and its location seems accurately described on the MTO (Ontario Ministry of Transport) web page.
