Performance Exhaust Valve Squeak

Performance Exhaust Valve Squeak
Hopefully this info helps someone if they are having the same problem. Didn't see any other threads on this, but perhaps I missed something.
Just took my car in for a 30k service. Was having an issue where I was hearing a squeak from the exhaust at the center of the car. Issue would occur when turning the car off when in sport/sport+/race or with performance exhaust on. Would also happen under load some times when going on/off throttle at lower speeds.
Dealer replicated the issue and performed the following "fix." Time will tell if it actually does fix the problem, but have not yet been able to recreate the issue, so it appears it worked for now.
From the dealer:
"Performed LI49.10-P-064655. Remove components of exhaust system. Removed affected actuator. sprayed shaft of exhaust gas flap with high temp grease. test drove the car to verify repair. was able to verify repair. sprayed all 3 exhaust flaps with high temp grease."
High temp grease part number: 000-989-91-51

I had the same issue, they replaced my whole exhaust and the issue has returned again and now the car is out of warranty. Just about a year later. However now the squeak is not when I turn off the engine but rather as the care idles, it chirps ever so slightly, when I put into S+ mode it stops.
