Hi everyone, I'm curious to know what the LACK of the "Switchable Exhaust System" option (U78) means on a E63. Does that mean the car does not have a "Performance" mode for the exhaust when switched to Sport, Sport+ and Race modes??

ETA: I guess what I'm really after is... should I compromise on a E63 that doesn't have this option when the exhaust sound is an important component of why I want this car, and assuming that it would be driven in Sport+ for 99.8% of the time?

On a 2018 or 2019 it is indeed a consideration. 2020 has the AMG Performance Exhaust standard.
