Debadging Magno Matte Paint

Has anyone attempted to badge delete their E63 with the Magno matte paint? How did it turn out with getting all the adhesive residues off without causing any shiny spots on the paint?

I can't tell you for certain but if it were my car I wouldn't hesitate. It's just glue. Heat up with blow dryer on low and get some dental floss and they should come right off. It's just paint. If it were that sensitive nobody would order. Can't see how this would ever be a problem.

I swapped out the badges on my Magno, used dental floss n heat gun on low. Badges came right off, glue was a pain, just patience n persistence. Goof off helped alot, and it did not ruin the paint.
Good Luck.

Also, 3M sells one of the best adhesive removers on the planet. Highly recommended for this sort of job.

Ditto - don't worry about it. I had the dealer debadge mine and absolutely no issues, no ghosting at all.. Bought it as a CPO, so it was 2 years old at the time.

Fear not, my magno friend...
