Arrival of the King!
My dream car couldn't have arrived in better fashion. In an enclosed transport with a 2020 Ferrari F8. In the end this entire process has been a joy to see through fruition. At first I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle 1900 miles away without test drives or seeing it in person but a little research and vehicle history digging along with some good negotiating helped seal the deal!
A little background on the deal:
2019 E63S 7519 miles
Fully optioned with carbon ceramic brakes
-has all the bells and whistles except 3D sounds and heated steering
$137K MSRP. $93K listing. Purchase price: $87K
Trade in offer for my 2016 C450 60K miles: $23K
$9K down financing $60k @4.3% over 48months
Bonus: K40 Laser Defuser pre-installed
Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I'm absolutely in love, although the wife is a hard pleaser as she wanted a 911 Turbo S (too fast too soon). This car is top notch in luxury and performance and the sound is intoxicating! And it walks 99.7% of cars on the road! It's also a total sleeper, until you get too close, from which the hammer drops and it's see yah!
First mods in plan:
Full detail and paint correction, full front protection film and 4 layers of ceramic pro. Light tint ppf on tail lights and black gloss wrap some of the chrome decals and accents
Conti DWS06 max performance all season tires.

Haha thanks! Also, initiating the contact and closing the deal during the last week of the year also helped! Delivery took 2weeks+ due to work schedule and MB taking their sweet time servicing my C450.

That's great, congratulations on your purchase! Looking for a 2019 for myself online now, and there are slim pickings... What's up with that?? They all seem overpriced and 75% are black (that's the LAST color I would want, lol). Is it just that all the good ones got purchased before the end of 2020??

Great find, that spec you have is one of the top two on my list; can't imagine how I missed it.

I have a similar hunt as well since my 2020 EDP got canceled. Well done and enjoy the ride.
The consolation for not having the heated wheel is that you can add the AMG Drive Unit controls that started appearing on mid 2020 E63's. It's a must have for me or I'd be in a Cardinal red 2018 right now. Apparently on MY19 & 20 are retrofit-able for that feature.

I gave them a good counter offer and even offered to pay for my own transport for the trade in. And they accepted!

Dang nabbit!! I saw the same car and meant to contact them because it was listed as a Magno paint, which I didn't want, but looked metallic. Again I say well done.
And the answer to your question regarding the AMG Drive Unit controls is "yes" they are the switches on the steering wheel that are just the more convenient way to select drive modes, exhaust, shifting etc.

Congrats on the car! I had inquired about it myself. Glad to see it stay in the community! By far the best spec on the market for the money right now. I’ve been searching for months myself for a 2019. The search continues!
(I wanted one without the sport seats, so skipped it). I'm glad it found a good home!

For sure I got lucky that no one jumped on this sale for the 2 weeks it was posted. I tried to buy it as fast as the salesman was trying to sell it. Worked out perfectly closed the deal on 12/30.

Just got a sneak peek from my wrap guys: full front ppf, headlights and tail lights lightly smoked, full ceramic coating and black gloss wrapped the spoiler and trunk chrome accent.
