E63s: buy used 2018 or upgrade my 2014?

E63s: buy used 2018 or upgrade my 2014?
I have a 2014 E63s that I love. 56k miles. The ride on 19” Cont contact sport seems to have gotten a little rough. I’m trying to decide to buff up my car a little with new Michelin PS4 tires, possible 20 inch. I have thought whether new struts or some modification to the suspension to soften the ride a bit.
The other thought is to trade in for a used 2018 with 20-30k miles. I like the look incl the 20 inch tires and the additional bells and whistles and interior.
One concern is that my 2014 extended warranty just ran out and I’m due the service B. The thought of paying out of pocket for any repairs is not pleasant. I would likely get an extended warranty on the 2018.
Any input on above considerations is much appreciated

2020 E63s AMG Wagon, 2014 SL63 AMG, 2019 Audi Q8
We had a 2014 E63s AMG wagon and upgraded to a 2020 version last year. It is a much improved version of an already great vehicle. A lot more elegant features (that should have been with the marque in the first place) e.g. soft close doors, hideaway backup cam - a very long list. It is more comfortable and (can be depending on your settings) an even more aggressive beast to drive. Slightly larger turn radius, not nearly as noisy on start (unless you use Excite Mode on purpose). My wife was sometimes embarrassed to start it at the grocery store and have heads turn on the 2014. COMAND remains an engineer's interface and lacks Human Interface Design, but there is a lot more to play with. I can't speak as to the specifics in a 2018, but my wife remains absolutely delighted with the 2020 (and she's a serious car person).
