2018 E63S Wagon mileage
Assuming you follow the service schedule, treat the car right etc., how many miles can you get out of these without major issues?
Is there a point at which people get nervous?

MIne is a 2018 and have 70,000km (40 months). I have done all the required/ scheduled maintenance to date, last one being spark plugs changed.
next major would be tranny fluid replacement.
the only thing to fear for me is electronic issues that is outside of warranty , mechanical aspects of the vehicle has been trouble free since day 1. This car has pretty much exceeded my expectations 😁
