Rear ended and being sandwich between 2 Hondas . Looking for advice .

E63 Wagons are quickly becoming unicorns, ZERO production for '22 is only going to exacerbate this situation and raise the values even higher.
I feel for you as it sucks to high heaven to be victimized like that through someone's inattentiveness.
Rest assured, Carfax will show it forever and this relatively minor damage will cause significant drop in value and hesitation from most buyers.
Get a good lawyer and go after the insurance company for diminished value as it will happen anyway.
Just to give you an example, my old Carrera GT's driver side door was hit by a bouncing tire and had to be repainted (no dent or crack).
It showed in Carfax and caused a drop of about $70k in value vs cars with similar miles as mine.

First I would like to thanks members of this forum for kind words and advice they provide , so Thank You , and definitely I will go after diminished value with a claim .
According to the body shop my car should be ready by the end of the month , which is really unexpected in a good way , considering all the parts shortages, cars shortages, etc .
The cars it is repaired only with OEM Parts and only cosmetic parts , so no chassis damage, thanks to Stealth hitch receiver , and no engine damage .
Looks like I was really lucky.
Now I became inpatient , I want my car back.

Believe me , that Stealth hitch did hell of a job protecting the car and everything underneath and those seat belts I got no words , amazing , they did their job successfully. I would install the hitch just like an extra layer of protection in case of a accident.
