Trading / upgrading my 2018 wagon

I got a 2018 e63 wagon about 6 months ago.
Have completely fallen in love with it.
I don't get the chance to drive it much so have only done +/- 1200 miles in it so far.
That took it to 40,000 miles all in.
Have not had a second's trouble with it since buying.
But now I look back, and appreciating that it may be one of the last v8s, I should probably have gotten a 2019 or 2020 model with a few less miles.
(I don't like the styling on the 2021 - prefer the old grill.)
What do people think about trading it and trying to find a 2019 or 2020 with less than 10K miles?
It will take me a long time to put a dent in that number (I don't commute to work in it), which is good long term.
But at the same time appreciate that I'll be spending money to go sideways in terms of performance.

If you already have an '18, is the trouble (and probable expense) of moving to a '19 or '20 with fewer miles going to be worth it given how little you drive it as is?
