Black 2021 Wagon For Sale
Found another car, and this one's going to BaT unless someone wants it here first. Not listing for sale anywhere else. (Paying dearly for another car or I'd literally only ask for what I paid $139k.) Not in this for the money. Need $149,950 for the car, which I believe is quite fair based on the markups for far inferior and/or older builds. 1800 miles. Car located in CT. Car is better than new as I've added the OEM black window trim and a very light Autobahn ceramic tint, removed hideous badges, and ceramic coated all exterior surfaces. Original silver window trim will come with sale.
Always babied. Never even close to redline or abused in any way. I drive like a grandma, lol. Inside is perfect as I'm extremely careful with seats and all leather and trim. Smells like it did when it came from the factory. Always garaged (heated) and never even driven when roads were bad (never seen salt, for example). I will post pics at some point in the near future. Nobody knows it over here on this MB forum but I am fanatical with my cars. Ask any Porsche person over on Rennlist (@bluehorseshoe).
Car comes with original wheels/tires only. I took them off the car when it had only 300 miles on the clock so those are basically new.
$149,950 takes it before BaT listing goes live.

BTW, I ride through Ridgefield a lot (cyclist from Westchester)... such a great area. Got a speeding ticket (on the bike) coming down from Keeler not far from there. No speeding tix in the AMG *knock on wood*

Harris! I decided on an E450 wagon.
I have other performance car options in my stable. Perhaps, after much reflection, the AMG version is best suited for someone with no other sports cars. Find myself driving this like a grandma 90% of the time. I value higher comfort, smaller wheels, smoother power delivery, modern electrical system, greater efficiency, etc. Guess I'm getting more practical in my old age. I also like the more subdued look of then E450, although despise the all-terrain marketing nonsense and look. When I want to be a hooligan, I find myself always reaching for M5 CS or 911 keys. If I lived by an autobahn, or had routinely long highway commutes, I'd NEVER sell. This car lives to be driven over 100MPH. And most of my driving is around town and short highway runs. When I do find myself on open roads, I want to drive it over 120MPH. Afraid of going to jail.
I feel like the guy in the review below. I dislike many aspects about the new E450 (e.g., heinous exhaust tips, plastic cladding, steering wheel) but truly love it overall. Plus, the E450 is available to build exactly how I wish.

Ironic. It was initially frustrating to see pics of your black wagon, as it is very similar to my spec that was canceled, but I have since become excited about an incoming AT. Black with night package to hide the plastic. Ticks more boxes, and 4.4 to 60 is still quick for what will be the only non-sports/performance car in the household.

Want to hear something sick? After spending weekend building E450 wagon, I've landed on my exact same build as my original E63S wagon. Graphite and Nut Brown. You're right about the graphite. You see all these wagons in Graphite as it's the one color that best hides the hideous plastic cladding. I'm such an idiot.
No full leather option or dinamica headliner unless if you go designo beige/saddle (which I love but it's totally impractical). Poor design options. Looks like Mercedes' accountants devised the E450 interior choices. Capped out at $92k. Lol

AMG E63 Hammer Wagon. Alfa, Rover, Ferrari, Porsche.
LOL
Yeah I really like that designo interior too, gorgeous, but I also doubt it wears well. Good luck, hopefully it comes faster than our E63 wagons...yeesh.
