Race Mode (butt dyno tells me that the throttle is faster to respond, faster shifts and seems to be generally quicker than sports+). This is all antidotal, until I test it with RaceBox.
Intelligent Light Mode (MB voodoo that would get me burned at the stake in the 1600's. Well worth it.)
I tried some simple and safe testing to see if there is anything noticeable with moving between Sports+ and Race modes. Holding speed in Sports+ and switching on the fly to Race changes RPM and gears. It also appears to remap the air/fuel. The car is noticeably quicker. The drop to the lower gear is faster the shifts in-between gears is faster and the 'sweet' spot in the 2 / 3 gear pulls are different between Sports+ and Race. It also holds the gear when you let off the accelerator and won't drop a gear like Sports+ does after a few mph reduction.
I'd like to get to an open and unused road to test 0-60 and 1/4 times with the RaceBox to see if its is faster in time and trap. I do not know if the top speed limiter is removed. I don't have a way to legally and safely test top speed. So if anyone has experience with this, please chime in. It is definitely worth having this added to the E53.
