I just recently purchased a used 2018 E63S and noticed that my front passenger door tweeter is blown out. The dealership quoted me $800 in parts/labor and $200 in diagnostics over the phone, so it looks like ill be fixing this issue myself.
I went to an audio shop and the guy told me an aftermarket replacement tweeter won't sound good, and I needed to get the OEM gear. Are these speakers plug-and-play? Can I just slap a used OEM tweeter off of eBay in there and have no issues?

Yeah that isn't OEM burmiester speaker quality. Those are Chinese knock offs that look the same on the outside.

OP, I have the Burmiester high end option on my car, my drivers side tweeter also went to crap and was replaced under warranty.
