RMS failure study - please partake regardless if u had it or not
So RMS failure is well discussed here, but id love to see if my suspicion is right. I think most can agree that its very likely caused by clogged oil separators. I suspect, that if the car is driven gently, it causes the separators to clog (due to not enough heat/movement in there). I just spoke to 2 ppl on fb amg board, and they both had rms failure and both confirmed that they babied their car.
so, ill create a poll here, please respond if you can - whether u had rms failure or not!!
i would say i drive my car most of the time sort of softly, but at least once a week, ill take it to red line in a few gears, or drive in sport+ for at least 5 minutes. So id say i drive it hard.
soft driving, id say u usually dont take it past 5k rpm or do so once a month or less.

I drive the car hard.
2020 with 12427 miles / 20000 km
Are there revisions of the oil seperators?
I talked to some techs about the issues, climate could be a cause as well.
