2022 E53 Coupe

I hope someone has a clue about this. So this issue has been going on since I got the car brand new a few months ago. When I had a C300 the heated seats would remember my previous setting and if I went to shop somewhere and came back within a certain amount of time, once the car was turned on the heated seat would come back on the level I had it on. After changing to the E53, it seems once I turn the car back on, the heated seat momentarily comes back on the previous setting but then turn off after a few seconds. I have even noticed that when I first turn the car on and turn on the heated seats, it turns off and I need to turn it back on. Any ideas?

Ok so just in case someone had the above issue as me, I just wanted to post an update. A software update was done at the dealership and this has now fixed the issue!
