Which module do you have? The one I was looking at has to preset the ride height before they ship.
I went with MWMods and you adjust the height on the big screen and you get to adjust it to which ever height you want in seconds. Best lowering module and every E63S should have this.
Lowered on 21s. Tried several heights and settled on 25mm front and rear. I didn't have to lower the front more like I thought i might have had to, but I have the renntech module so I'm not sure of it works exact same as the others. It sits quite nice in comfort for around town and it looks perfect height (for me) in sport plus.

Messaged them and they told me they were preset at factory, -20 all the way around and -30 all the way around.

I think some of the confusion here may be caused by that many of these aftermarket modules that allow custom height settings may not be compatible with the latest MBUX systems.
I'm not certain of the cut-off date/version of the MB systems, but if you have COMAND, then for sure the module from MWMods (and others) allow custom height settings.
There is only one option available for mbux that you can configure and customize. Look for CETE or search as I just posted on it on another thread. All the other flashers are predetermined heights for MBUX.

+1 MBUX cars cannot customize the heights using OB2 modules, the module can only have one setting from the module "factory". Some module makers will ask you what you want that one setting to be and will program your module to that height. Other's come pre-packages with 20mm, 30mm, etc. and you just pick off the shelf which module you want.
