Exclamation Upgraded turbos and spark plugs

Being tuned with downpipes and upgrading to PURE1000. Should I stick with the OEM spark plug? gap different? For the OGs that have been running these setups. What are you guys doing?

Couldn't find much on this subject in this forum.

Geesh... I went with 1 step cooler plugs with Stage 1 tune lol. Will definitely NOT hurt and may save you some trouble moving forward.

I run Pure 1000 turbos with stock plugs, no issues.

Can you expand on why there was a coil upgrade and what the new part number is? I am purchasing a very low mile 2019 E63s and it has only been to the dealer once. Wondering if it will have the "old" coils. Thx.

I'd be interested in the upgraded coils also.

I was at the dealer yesterday talking to the parts guy. He noted that there is an extended warranty (beyond the normal 4yr/50k) on the coils. He did not know anything else about it.

Don't know if it covers other years, but the VMI on the car shows the warranty extension on the coils is an additional 15 years and up to 150k miles.
