E63s making a weird noise changing gear
Hello,
I recently bought an E63s from 2019 and noticed, when the car is in stand still and you changed gear to R from D or D to R, it makes some kind of "realese/elektronic" noise for a second.
I'm not sure, if is the sound from the rear Camera activating or realesing.
I appreciate every answer you guys may have.

The camera servo is definitely audible from the driver's seat.
Maybe you can use the menu option to force the camera to be exposed and then see if the same noise occurs while you are in Park?
