Buying out lease - Warranty Suggestions

I am planning to buy out my 2019 e63 from my lease this month. Before I do so, I want to secure an extended warranty for when the factory one expires, in case anything goes wrong with the car. Wanted to see what people's experiences have been like and/or looking to receive any suggestions in general. I will be buying it out with about 25k miles. I called the MB dealer and asked about MB factory extended warranty, and they quoted me on the phone about $7,500 for an additional 2 (if I recall correctly) years. This seemed high to me.
I am also interested in third party warranty, but do not know anything about them as this is the first car I would be buying one for.
Does anyone have any suggestions on MB extended vs third-party? If third-party, which company? I have heard good things about Fidelity, but when I google the company, it seems like there are multiple car warranty companies with the same name. Third party also sounds appealing because I can take my car to indy shops too.
I am based in SoCal, and I would appreciate any and all suggestions/advice.
Thank you!
Michael was awesome, super responsive and gave me some insight on best times to add the warranty. Went with 6 year / 72k mileage Platinum coverage agreement earlier this month.
