2023 E63S Wagon
Well the car will be parked for a bit. I am not driving it any more without some kind of system knowing the amount of oil that is going into the separators. Hopefully the kit can be upgraded quickly. This is how it all looks…. for now.

😅 We’ll reinstall them back for you in a day or two so you can drive this beauty and get the redesign installed shortly! Then empty as required for the time being.

2023 E63S Wagon
M177 catch can update! My piece was retrofitted with a drain valve and port and it is now pretty easy to empty. Easier than filling the washer fluid res!

The quick adjustment was just a ( I think 3/8” ) hose? And a syringe from the auto store to remove the blow by out. So the original volume of the catch was a little over 80mL (which was quite little) so now it is triple that which will get us to 250 mL every 5000 kilometers/3000 mi per side.

I am a big proponent for more frequent oil changes in these cars so that lines up with the extra service I plan on getting done on it alongside the prepaid maintenance from MB. Ive already done an oil analysis and noted the amount of copper ppm (from journals) to document the life of this wagon .

Ill post up more updates as it comes ! Overall I am pretty happy with whats to come!
