you said 8 or 9 so i assume that i have 20x8 front and 20x9 rear?
i had a pothole hit looking to switch to 19" and trying to confirm offsets and if i'm gonna need spacers for the wheels i found. they are 19x8.5 ET 34 and 19x9.5 ET 38 i believe. so i would be same specs on the front with a 15mm spacer and the rears would be out ~12mm. not sure if that is acceptable on the car given the air suspension but it's fairly minimal

Does anybody know the maximum diameter we can run on these? I had yet another rim issue (bent slightly) which is making me realize unless I change to a 19" i'm probably going to be dealing with this forever
I'm looking at going to a 19" wheel AND increasing the diameter. Looking at something like 245/45R19 and 275/40R19 which would be 27.7" diameter (F+R) instead of stock 26.8" F/26.5" R. that would give me nearly 1" additional sidewall and hopefully mean i'm not going to keep damaging wheels and tires

Too bad California spends literally multiple tens of billions on health care for non-citizens and trains to nowhere, but can't seem to pave the streets (or put a third lane on I5 through the Central Valley... or keep it paved properly).

Same problem: 2017 E43. Gorgeous wheels that crack like eggs. Make sure your insurance company correctly lists wheel replacements as not as faults. Was shopping insurance and initially denied because of crack claims and had to go through some rigmarole to have it reclassified
I have a 2019 E53 convertible, love the car, now over 50,000 miles. Thank G-d I have wheel and tire insurance. The wheels crack easily, and I have had 6 replaced. The runflats, and 20" wheels are a nightmare. If I switch to non-runflats, the insurance will only cover OEM tires...............
