Found Wireless CarPlay Adapter That Fits Under Cover
Found a small wireless CarPlay adapter/dongle that actually fits under the cup holder door when closed. Only had it for 2 weeks, its been about as reliable as the other ones I've had for better or worse. Search amazon for item B0CTCX67F7.

2019 e63S, 2017 Audi R8 Twin Turbo
I have used a few wireless carplay adapters and my biggest complaint is the lag associated with them, have you or anyone else found a solution to this problem?
