2022 4 Runner Pro, supercharged and lifted Lime Rush, 2018 E63s wagon Edition 1
Moving On
Hello all,
I've owned my 2018 E63S Estate (Designo Night Black Magno Edition 1) for nearly six years. However, it has less than 10k miles as I don't drive it in the winter here in Meridian, Idaho and frankly don't drive it much since moving to this area. Anyway, I've traded it in for something that is pretty outlandish but utilitarian at the same time. What is it? A 2017 G 550 4X4 squared in polar white with a bunch of upgrades and only 12,752 miles on it. I like trail riding and also have a 2022 4 Runner TRD PRO that is moderately built with a Magnuson supercharger as well as a recently acquired 1967 Austin Healey 3000. Price wise, a good deal and a good trade in value on the E63S. It's kind of sad that the AMG's lose so much value even with low miles, but it is what it is. Anyway, just thought I'd say goodbye and wish you all the best.

So you traded it in out of state? How does that work? The dealer doesn’t need to see or inspect the car before accepting the trade in?

It's relatively easy. I sent photos of the E63S and they sent a video of the G550 which included driving it. We did a deal and that was it. I can't emphasize enough how much these AMG's lose in value in just a few years. But I got a pretty good number and they bent a bit on the G550 too so It's all good. Plus they paid shipping for both vehicles.
