Advise: Buying a modded '19 E63 S

I agree with most of what has been said here.
I'd like to add that at least in my opinion, this kind of list of mods would concern me much more if they were on a E300/E350/E400/E450/E43 or E53. But a E63 is literally purposely designed to handle a massive amount of "abuse" and track usage so I'd be much less concerned about these mods on a E63 myself. JMO.
Either way, not much will ever shield anyone from potential issues, modded or not.
Good luck man!

Well guys, I greatly appreciate the input. I think I’m going to start fresh with a virgin car. Looking into a ‘20 E63 S now. Single owner with no Carfax drama.

PURCHASE MADE
Okay, so update!
I did NOT buy the THIS ONE I was referring to, but I did purchase an E63 with higher mileage than I wanted which also had a title issue. It's a lemon car, but the issue was resolved by MB and only really lemon'd because of supply issues for parts during COVID. The car was owned by it's next owner for close to 4 years afterwards (until he sold it to a dealer that sold it to me. Anyway, I got an almost fully spec'd car with items not even on my wish list for more than $20k off what I was willing to pay. My budget was up to $79k before TT&L, but I picked this one up for $52k. It's a beauty!

Thanks guys. Trying to go through the process of "what did they do to it" in order to figure out how to best spend my money. Already looking into an extended warranty from Cassandra, but waiting to hear back from her. As far as modifications, I'm looking to stay pretty modest like IT's posted video. Maybe just a tune, and intake for performance. Want to keep it looking pretty stock in terms of looks. Just ordered new replacement badges and pieces to make the car whole again. The front end seems to already have a PPF done, but may need replacing too. They also PPF'd the Distronic star, so keeping an eye on that (already read the thread). Will also be looking into getting the oil pump solenoid unplugged if its not already.
Like almost every thread on the forums (and every forum like it), I suppose I'd be open to a "what's next?" What should I be on the look out with the new engine platform and the W213's in general? What should I look to preemptively replace for a longer life? Those kinds of things.

Good news for you - if you do just a modest tune on the W213 it should put down between 650-700 HP. That 607 AWHP was the older 212 E63's which don't make as much HP when staying sane.
