Lowering Module with App
I know that there are now several options for lowering modules that all seem to work great.
the best of which have apps and several features such as show mode and speed canceling.
my question is 2 fold. First is there a best, or all work well….but the 2nd part of my question is the bigger one. Why are they all SOOO expensive? Also am I crazy, I could’ve sworn there was 1 a couple months ago for around $200.
now, all these options seem to be $600 cheapest, and the ones you can control on your phone with an App are more like $1k+.
someone please tell me where the version is that I saw in the hundreds $$ with an app?? Or is my memory just failing me?

They used to be a lot cheaper yes. On top of that, the MBUX E63 from 2021 and newer are a more expensive/complicated to do then the COMMAND E63 from 2020 and previous.
Here is one that is not gouging yet, plus, I think that is in CAD$ so only USD$220. Contact them to make sure if it's only for Command or MBUX or both:

Just the command version 2020 and before, that let you choose the mm lowering when it installs.
The MBUX versions you cannot choose the mm height when it installs, you have to tell the maker of the dongle what height to program it for. Or buy the $1k ones with App.

How can you own a 6-figure car and care about anything that costs < $1k? I'm not rich, but expensive carts deserve top-notch parts and accessories (if only to maintain resale value), and in something low volume as these kits must be, low cost == lower quality. IMHO.
