Bad cabin noise at Low speed
I’m not sure this happens to these W213 e63s. I have a 2018. However, when I’m going about 15 - 25 mph, the cabin sound like whoomp whoomp whoomp whoomp constantly and on highway going 80mph it has a small drony vibrations.
I feel like it the tire since the inner of this car is wear out faster b/c of the aggressive negative camber? Or my front wheels and tires are out of balance? Or is this something with the suspension?.
My car only has 35k on it. Pls HELP.

Tires. Check the inner part of the tire tread for cupping—the combination of the negative camber and balance. I had a similar problem on my 2021 wagon. All the tires (front and rear) had a bit of cupping. I swapped the tires left to right and rebalanced all the wheels (the balance was out about 1/2 ounce at most). The fix is tire replacement.
