A238 E53 & V167 GLE53
I know this is a thread from back in October. But I had the GTS5 on my E53. While I don't have any before and after figures, it definitely made a difference to the power. Now that it isn't on the car anymore, it definitely doesn't feel as quick. (Only took it off due to warranty as it was sold with it on, then they noticed it and made mumbles about warranty etc)
