Hey guys and gals,
Just wanted to ask everyone opinion on the new harbor freight t8 scanner. I need one to do some worke on my 2018 e63s. The items I'm looking for are as follow
1. Read and clear codes.
2. Help diagnosis and suggest remedies
3. Coding i would like to code in some new features if possible, this scanner say it has DOIP. Is this true?
4. I have to replace and diagnosis some camara issues as well. Per Mercedes-Benz dealer my PARKTRONIC unit is bad and I don't believe them. They wanted 3 grand to part swap and prey.
5. Is there anything better than could meet my needs? The harbor freight t8 is wireless and 850 out the door on sale.

It seems like many people don't have a scanner, is there another tool that might be better? I did look at those Chinese knockoffs but would prefer a more industry slandered set. With those posted above I'm would be worried they won't work after 2 years or so.

It would probably last more than 2 years but if you really want something good, you need to get XENTRY.
