Looking To Switch From F90 M5 to E63S AMG
I currently own a 2019 F90 BMW M5 Competition and looking to make the switch over to the E63S AMG. Prior to my M5 I've owned a 2019 Audi S5 Sportback, 2018 BMW M3 Competition, 2021 BMW M340i, and several others. This would be my first Mercedes and I've been eyeing the E63S for a while now.
Other than looking through Autotrader, Cars.com, CarGurus, Cars & Bids, BAT, the forums, etc. are there any other places I should be looking? I know the BMW community has an Instagram page called "MList.co" which is also a website and was wondering if the Mercedes community has something similar?
I just joined the forums so I'm not able to post in the Marketplace yet with a "WTB" request, but at the minimum I'm looking to purchase a 2019+ with Black Interior w/Carbon Fiber, Black Exterior w/Night Package, Panorama Roof, 20" AMG Forged Cross Spoke Matte Black Wheels and Burmester 3D Surround System, any other additional options on top of that would be a plus.
Additionally, for others who have made a similar switch over from the M5 to the E63S, can you please share your opinion about the positives, negatives, etc.?
I appreciate the help in advance and hope I can get into one of these amazing cars sooner than later!

2019 E63S Wagon
Pre-facelift (2018-2020) variant of the E63S warrants a test drive on not so great roads... the relatively harsh ride is not for everyone!
I love my 2019 but it would be a 10/10 if the ride was a little more compliant/less boomy in comfort mode... MB clearly recognized it was a problem as they made a bunch of ride-quality changes for 2021+
