E53 Speed limited

E53 Speed limited
Hi All,
Hope everyone is enjoying the Summer.
Last week I got the chance to Test my 2019 E53 coupe for a couple of laps and in straight lines. The car is equipped with the AMG Drivers Package and AMG Track Package however on the straight I realized that the Top speed is limited to 214 km/h, I could see that the car isn't going faster at all. which is bummer. I did some search and it was mentioned that AMG Drivers package should. bring the normal Top speed from 250 km/h to 270 km/h. Has anyone experienced this.

Was the car originally ordered with All Season tires? If so, then the top speed remains limited to 130 mph (~209 km/h) due to the lower speed rating of the tires. Needed to be ordered with Z-rated summer high performance tires in order to get the higher top speed limits.

Could there be a section in the “setting”….“assistance “ menu that your speed limit assist is currently engaged as active ? If so, you need to disengage that to non active

Some markets have a driver selectable speed limiter as shown in the video below. Make sure it's not set. Other than that, the only other thing I can think of is that it was incorrectly coded at the factory.
